Sammy Hagar has released a new rum which I get to taste and review for you. After conversations with the Master Distiller, Mark Nigbur as well as consuming nearly half the bottle, I weigh in on what I think of this rum and tell you a little more about the unique way in which it is made.

    I love Sammy, however, this rum tastes too much like Tequila! I mixed it with diet coke and could barely finish it. Perhaps mixed with fruity flavors it would be ok, but for a normal Rum and Coke, i didn’t like it. Sorry Sammy! :(
